I received my pottery today. As usual not one damaged piece and all carefully packed. I just love picking up the packages from the post office and me and the kids get so excited. We all open it together and everything is so beautiful. I especially loved the olive dish. We will be buying more pottery soon of course. Will never even look at any other pottery website.

Andrew after speaking to you a few days ago I had to thank you. I have bought so many beautiful pieces from Pol Media, both on line and from a lovely local shop that carries Pol Media. In fact that was where I first saw your pottery. Everyone loves it. My favorite set is the soup tureen, ladle and platter it sets on. It is even lovelier than the tea pots. I have bought it for myself and for gifts. I have never received a damaged piece, they are always well packed. You are so helpful.

I wanted to thank you for the wonderful packing job done on this shipment. I was a little wary of ordering such delicate pottery over the Internet, and was afraid I'd end up with a box of smashed squirrels and donkeys :). But the packing was so thorough I can see I didn't have to worry.
